Currently its not possible to withdraw directly from paypal to a local a/c. but one can
use exchange services to get you money to another ewallet that will enable you to withdraw. some of these options include goldexpay, e-pesa.net e.t.c.

This is great – I worked for a firm that did all its business online, and only accepted payments through paypal, moneybookers etc. and the company missed out on a lot of business because of certain countries not being able to set up paypal accounts.
