THE 2009 KENYA SCHOOLS ONLINE PROJECT

0

Christmas has come early with EACdirectory.

I’ve monitored various Seasonal offers in My Inbox, especially those relating to the ICT sector I can’t ignore one offer that’s been made by Eacdirectory and their partners. They have gone ahead and undertaken a project to promote all schools whether primary, secondary, technical institute, university or some college to get a domain and a website with unlimited email pop accounts.

Pop accounts are those email accounts that download to your outlook express or any other desktop email manager.

Eacdirectory also have a phase two of the project that will involve providing internet and computers to schools.

much more I see the Obama-mania in this project. Allowing ordinary people to participate in their small ways to make a difference in their (change) Society.

The offer includes both individual social responsibility and corporate Social responsibility (ISE & CSE) respectively.

With a small amount of Kes. 2,000 per year you can promote a school with a domain,  starter webpage and pop email accounts.

It’s very easy for a school to raise funds  and  development projects with an official website.

It’s your turn now to do the needful and promote your school before someone else does.

The benefit to corporates is that it allows you to do a company banner at the footer of the website.

    Here is the link.

There are only 2,030 Schools to be supported

Hence the need to act quick
