I did a search on “Making money Online” and “internet opportunities”

There are tons of information and opportunities. The problem is they don’t quantify how much you will earn.

With too much jargon out there I would like to take the pleasure of introducing to income opportunities where you can rely on just like one would like to have a good and secure career.

The weather man is not a job that many admire but (s) he gets to sustain his/her family. On the internet we haven’t developed complicated terms and careers we call ourselves bloggers, developers and e-merchants but our titles pay. It’s what we do that has value for money.

Below are the long term income opportunities that you would be proud to have as an internet marketer:

1. Blogging – people are looking for information. If you have what they are looking for then you generate traffic or loyal visitors to your site. For example if you have a passion for farm tractors. Then you write your experience about them, advice, servicing the tractors, best manufacturers. You become a hub of information that a certain group of people are looking for. This way your blog is a media that has readers and can now reserve some space to advertise for companies that sells tractors. You can also get paid by the tractor companies to review a new tractor release i.e. if you have proved to have a high traffic blog. Those blog visitors are potential buyers in an offline market. But it has taken your efforts to guide their thoughts in the right direction. We will be discussing and evaluating this topic later in the book
2. InfoPrenuer – So you have been giving your neighbors’ advice on how to tend their gardens. It has been working and you are known for it. You do it out gratitude cause it’s not like that’s what you are employed for anyway. Right? My learned friend please be advised that you have been hiding your talents on the ground and not making use of them. Please do not take offense am not trying to take you to the level of a gardener. Look at it this way: if you have employed a gardener to take care of your home compound and every weekend before you go shopping you have to leave instructions to the employee. He executes the task to the letter because you are a leader and he’s the follower. Were it not for your instructions the garden would be looking differently. Isn’t it? Now who’s the gardener? You can document your expertise in every area of your life and compile it to an EBook, like am doing establish a website for it and offer it at a premium rate. Later on I’ll show you how to market.
3. Software Development: Are you a programmer, in this area you know better that I can tell. Unfortunately the Internet is not a respecter of expertise alone. With millions of you out there with different ideas hence different software. You must work really hard to market yourself and get noticed, especially with the revolution of open source software’s in the market. Research and proper marketing is the key to proper software success. Discussed later in the book.
4. Web Hosting – Information needs to be archived and retrieved. If you are that person who can invest on a hosting space by purchasing a number of servers to host those of us that own websites. Web hosting again with proper marketing and good service deliverability can never run out of business with the number of internet users increasing day by day.
5. Domain Registration: You might need to do a separate course on this one. You can own a country on Cyber Id’s. For example registering dot ….. As there is .com, .TV. Info .us .au. etc.

If the opportunities above strain your head and you are not ready to do the heavy investment then there is still hope for you even much bigger hope. Especially if you are the withdrawn kind of person who doesn’t want to commit to risky stuff. Then I have the right medicine for you.

6. Reseller Rights. I’ve written this book you. You know very well it’s a hit in the market. I can give you rights to resell the book as if it was your own. Similarly you can resell software, hosting space, Domains etc. Or even better you can sell solutions at a premium rate. An operating system like Windows Vista has a cost from the manufacture, but you can buy it and resell to another party as a solution as opposed to the product. Another good example is like now you have read this book; it has changed your life. You have become knowledgeable, it has changed you. Now if you offer a seminar at a rate you can determine and call it “BUILDING AN ONLINE BUSINESS” You can quote my book or even from your subconscious, in essence you are using my knowledge that I have put in this book to offer a solution that I cannot claim rights to, to offer a solution to clients who will pay you. A reseller right takes different forms that you will realize later in the book and actually get to practice some real life examples on the internet that will earn you real money.
7. Affiliate Marketing. At the browser that you are using, if you click tools, then options there is a choice to clear private data or authenticated pages or history of some kind. There is something that we call a cookie that can even last sometimes even for two or four months on your computer. A computer Forensic can better understand it. Away from all the jargon, you can be given a special link that identifies with you and every time someone buys from that link you accumulate some definite commissions that will be paid at a certain time via PayPal, direct transfer, checks or other common means of payment. There some promising affiliate products that pays upto 50% in commission and have a second tier i.e. you get paid when you’re a friend you introduced directly makes a sale. This aspect of marketing is borrowed from the offline concept of Multi-level-Marketing.
8. Advertising – There are various forms of advertising that pay you “per click”, per lead, per conversion, per sale and sometimes per page impression. I will cover extensively on this topic in the following chapters
9. Email Marketing. To conform to CAN SPAM laws its prudent that you own a website to allow for a double opt in and use software that allows for unsubscribe option. If you own an offline business and have a database of email users you can identify the kind of campaigns that would interest them and add value to them. More will be covered later including 15 smart ways to use auto responders.
10. Surveys. Customer is king is a line that has refused to leave our marketing books. Your opinion matters and you can get paid for it. Take consumer surveys and register to membership sites and you will get paid from time to time for your opinions.
11. Business Process Outsourcing. This is what they mean when they say that jobs have migrated to Overseas. This is a huge investment that will require you to invest in a call center and hire staff. Companies in countries where the cost of labor is high opt to outsource some of their business processes. For example I had a problem with my credit card when I rang the customer service number. It was picked by some guy in Lebanon in as much as I had had subscribed for my credit card locally. For a further understanding you can visit outsourcing.org. Also you will notice there are some individual jobs that you can do. However, you need to be careful since there are some cons that will wait you to do a job for a month and after it’s finished they will not send you payments. That’s why I prefer owning a website and you are on top of things. Otherwise you can try local companies that do outsourcing and you can enhance your experience on the internet where you can step out later and build your own online business.
12. Web Development. Once you have mastered the art you can be developing commercial sites and later selling them at an auction or at a definite price. You will learn later in the book the definite income streams that you can incorporate in such sites.
13. Paid Search. How many toolbars do you have on your browser? Do you know you can develop your own toolbar in two or utmost five minutes and get paid when people click sponsored links on the search results? Stick around and I’ll show you how.
14. Selling Articles. You can get paid to write articles and then you lose your editorial rights over them while someone puts them on their site; they become popular and earn them income for the rest of their lives.
15. Getting paid to answer questions professionally and with expertise. Google is doing that.
16. Getting paid to read emails or to view pages.

If you have realized that I’ve not paid much attention to the later points the opportunities goes on and on.

I don’t want to waste your time by listing endless opportunities. I will just emphasize later on the book on the ones that you can rely to have good amounts of cash.

Do you remember our first example at the beginning of the basics of a cellphone and how the other add-ons’ are just meant to pimp and improve your internet experience.

To highlight again. As we have walked through you have realized the need to own a website and if you felt you would escape that. Woe unto.
