Supreme Relationship Marketing
Feb 9th
Most people spend too much time, money and resources developing a nice looking website: filled with flash and loads of images.
What web owners forget is that most users in their country may be using relatively slow internet connections and eventually give up and navigate away from snail loading sites.
While I don’t dispute having a professional site, it’s wise to understand your targeted users before you upload your site for marketing.
If you check out my site http://www.superprofitsmedia.com it’s stupidly simple but it’s filled with content that will benefit the targeted visitor.
As opposed to giving my contacts at the bottom of every page, I’ve put Supreme emarketing Newsletter subscription form.
Why is it so?
? Aside from being a web designer, am a marketer. I know the importance of contacts.
? Also I know the power of relationship marketing
Relational marketing is marketing through relationships. I.e. develop a relationship with your website visitors. This is because, a great percentage of web traffic is composed of strangers, people you’ve not met or heard about.
The greatest task is in turning those strangers into friends and then into paying customers.
Converting strangers to be loyal and paying customers can be done through relationship marketing.
But how do you achieve this?
NB: The primary reason most people go to the internet is to look for information. Do you have that information to educate your target audience? If so then install a newsletters form on every page on your site.
Just like in the offline business. Most people don’t buy a product when they see it for the first time. They have to pass around your display several times, consult their partners before they make their buying decision.
? In the online world the concept is the same. People like being reminded more than once, they want to hear more about you before they can buy from you, and that’s what email (Newsletter) marketing does for you.
? I’ve prepared a 35 page email marketing report that will take your emarketing Skills to the next level
Here is your special link
Supreme eMarketing email Report
NB: If your high end website doesn’t capture visitors, it’s as good as dead.
PS: If you would like to:
? write super content for your site,
? optimize it for search engine or
? even better design a report like the one I’ve sent you,
? Killer sales letters,
? Unique Introductory letters
? Plus much more……..
You are always free to contact me
Kind regards,
Mike Ndegwa

eMarketing Training at Silver Springs
Nov 30th
Friday the 28th was a turning point for many corporates across different industries. Following a 2 day intense seminar “Be brilliant at eMarketing”

A Dolphins Consultants initiative
We had attendants from various industries but not limited to Insurance, Banking, NGO’s, Auto, Entrepreneurs, Alcohol and Beverages among others.
I happened to be training about email marketing and the need to move it from the out look platform to a personalized relational marketing.
As you might have discovered in this blog, Internet marketing is very broad and covers a lot more in theory and practice as would be contained in a single article.
Kenya is moving to a new technology platform “the Internet” that will be a key decision making platform for consumers and business to business solutions.
The question is: how prepared are marketers to pick on this new dimension that no college or university in Kenya will equip you on the same?
It will be too late to blame the education system for not being up to date with our current requirements to do business. i blame it on the culture we as Kenyans have put on ourselves that education ends after graduation day.
My belief is that the education system in Kenya is not meant to equip you with the knowledge to apply, but rather teaches you on how to study, how to get knowledge and on what topics to seek more knowledge and specialize on.
Otherwise if the education system was sufficient, employers would not be asking For
- Creative mind
- Experience
- Relational Skills – (Business is all about Connections)
There is no Syllabus that has the above content that’s why Dolphins Consultants and Trainers Realized the need to equip Professionals on the upcoming platform (the internet) and how to up their game on the same.
What I’ve realized is that in Kenya we are lagging behind in the advancing of the eMarketing, The world is moving into WEB 2.0 where surfers who happen to be consumers are sharing information freely on WWW such that that corporates will not be able to control what people are talking about their company or their top officials on the internet.
When the Fiber comes in as predicted by 2010. there will be a huge loophole in deficiency of the existing marketers. I hate the assumption that internet and IT is for IT guys, This is a sad state of affairs since the very same marketers are in the path of committing career Suicide. Just like when computers came in, most people lost their jobs or remained stagnant for a long time as a result of their refusal to equip themselves to meet standards of the new technology.
Am afraid by the year 2011 80% of the marketers in Kenya will be rendered obsolete if they don’t take action to enhance their eMarketing skills. When the tide comes in only those who have their nets in the sea will catch more fish.
Unlike the the conventional media where today you see and ad and after three months its long forgotten, the internet has archiving methods that retain both your good and bad stories across different domains. There is need to prepare you company to retain a positive image on the web space.
Where were we.
Yes.
Silver Springs – eMarketing Seminar by Dolphins Consultants.
To those who attended I will attach the presentation on my next post.
Till then

Why be Brilliant at eMarketing Strategy? Kenya
Oct 15th
Be Brilliant at eMarketing Strategy
Today’s web is constantly changing our markets, media, branding, and consumer behavior both online and offline. To excel in this environment you need to complement your skills with new dimensions of marketing expertise – the eMarketing skills.
E-marketing is about more than simply having a website. It harnesses a range of tools, activities and disciplines that leverage technologies and the “connectedness” of communities of consumers to deepen customer relationships builds brand or grows businesses – online and offline.
Why be Brilliant at eMarketing Strategy?
The internet is the driving force behind today’s rapid and often disruptive evolution of customer behaviors and expectations. No matter what markets you operate in, having a viable e-marketing strategy is mission critical to your business success. Being able to develop sound strategies that leverage online opportunities is a core skill that every senior marketing professional should have.
The internet turned 26 this year. There are now more than 1.4 billion active online consumers worldwide. In economies where the web has been around for a while, half of all companies get more than half their revenue through their online marketing activities.
An approximate about 3 million Kenyans have web access, and the numbers will shoot up from mid next year after Kenya get connected to the global network of high speed Internet through the under the sea fiber optic cable. The costs of accessing the internet will drop and the internet speeds will be high. You therefore need to position your business because there will be competitive opportunities – and threats – everywhere.
But e-marketing strategy is not just about cost-effectively advertising and selling goods and services online. The growing need to integrate online and offline communication in a way that maps to your consumers’ evolving media consumption and buying behaviours should be a primary driver of any e-marketing strategy.
For any business in any field the internet presents unlimited opportunities to improve services, find communication synergies and efficiencies, conquer new markets, develop brands, build loyalty, excel at customer service, and grow profits and market share

Is Blogging Profitable?
Apr 5th
Posted by Mike Ndegwa in BLOGGING

For anyone eager to make some extra money, the Internet is probably the richest source of business opportunities, and blogging is one such great chance to generate income with low costs and little effort. How is that possible? At the beginning blogging started as the modern online diary, but it evolved towards new forms that presently provide both personal expression and money making advantages. Let’s take a look at two main ways to turn a blog into a home-business. The starting point for any online commercial action is the creation of a highly interesting web page.
Anyone running some form of business that could benefit from online promotion may choose blogging as a great form of advertising. A blog targets a special audience segment: those people interested in the products and services you offer. A blogger should therefore create a highly specific web page with content that is relevant for his or her field of activity. There may be references to the promoted products, or just links to them. Most business owners who take advantage of the profit blogging brings, choose to include various options on the pages.
